When can I introduce cheese?

Cheese can be introduced from 6 months along with most other things except salt, lots of sugar, honey.

Cheese can be quite salty, so beware!

As long as you're not planning on giving him the whole wedge of cheese to gnaw on the salt content will be very low really.
