We are on hols in France (having a lovely time thanks for asking!) and poor ds (10.5mo) is living on croissants and pasta/pesto/peas. Just need a few easy ideas for his lunch and dinner.
I have in the cupboard:
Pasta, peppers, babybel, creme fraiche, various fruit, pesto (of course), tuna, sweetcorn, peas, carrots, baguette, potatoes, green beans, eggs, tomatoes, onions
ANd can get my hands on all sorts of bread....
TIA

scrambled egg
pasta with an assortment of cooked veg with cheese on top
'pick and mix' which is bits of this and that

sounds fine with what you are doing.

risotto
pasta
potatoes

You are right, I don't know why I feel the need to impress him with a different expertly prepared meal every time!
