i know it would say on the pack but we keep ours in a tub!! dd is loving brown fusili with puree as a sauce, she's 8mths and shovelling it into her wee mouth like there's no tomorrow - then i had a panic about the salt! does anyone know?

Think its fine. I gave mine pasta and they are perfectly okay. Glad she is enjoying it.

I've never known pasta to be salted while in production

Don't think so...you would add it at the cooking stage - I don't, but you would.

i think you are panicking unnecessarily. i am pretty certain there isnt. if there is, its tiny quantities, much less than bread. fusilli are the perfect finger food!

great thanks!

she seems to just like one food at a time iyswim, my attempts at variety are wasted on her, so it seems we'll be having pasta for tea for the next few nights anyway!

yes, it is perfect for her to lift up and shovel in, plus i have finally found a way to use up the odd jar of puree that i had in the cupboard thinking that I "should"!
