Can 9 month old have mayo from a jar?

Want to give 9 mth old egg mayonnaise sandwich. Can they have it?

can't see why not, unless they have a known allergy to egg, of course.

yes, unless as DISY said, there is an egg allergy, but then you wouldn't be giving them an egg sandwich would you!

The jarred mayo might have a lot of salt in it, but an occasional scraping on a sandwich should be fine.
