does any1 have a recipe for 7 month old that includes kidney beans? ta v much

Do you mean to be pureed, mashed or as finger food?

My DS loved chilli con carne without the chilli from about 1 yr, but I think perhaps the skins on kidney beans are a bit tough for a 7 month old - I'd be more inclined to start with canelli beans, or something a bit softer?
