BLW - where to start

Not ready to start this yet but want to know what I am doing when the time comes rather than flapping about it!

Where do I start?

Any links? Anything I should read? Do I just give him something like veg and see what happens?

Thank you!

Its really easy - when your DC is 6 months/26 weeks old, just chuck them some of whatever you are eating (assuming that you don't add salt to your food in cooking). When they are ready they'll eat it!

To make it easier for them, if you cut your veg into long bits rather than little bits or rounds, its easier for them to grab hold of, and big pasta is easier than spagetti, but really, anything goes

no worries i do that all the time... hardly anyone even answers my 'simple' questions anymore
