natural yogurt at 6months?

is natural yoghurt ok for a 6mo? i dipped a rice cake and some carrot sticks in some for her and she seemed to love it. but is this ok for her at this age?

As long as there are no dairy allergies in the family, then no.
Stick to full fat unsweetened varieties though.
My ds loves greek yoghurt with fruit puree in.

Yes, my dd loves it. She will eat it with or without fruit. We just get the "value" range as it seems the same to me? About 40p for a big pot. SOOOO much cheper than the "baby yogurts". Only thing is, we never get through the whole pot as DD is the only one that eats it really and it says not to freeze
