Roast parsnips - how do I make these for my 9mth old?

He likes finger food so thought I'd give these a bash - not sure how to make them though...

Parboil if cut up chunky, if fairly skinny don't bother. Then roast in a little oil in the oven for about 20 mins at about 200 degrees.

yep as Jbck said, cut up, chuck in roasting tin with a little oil and roast at 200C until they are cooked.

or you could just steam them cut up in fingers? Would still make good finger food.

Mmmm my ds (12 months) loves parsnips, be prepared for making lots of them once he's got a taste for them!
