Lunch - before or after nap?

Just trying to organise some semblance of a routine to pass on when I go back to work!

on a good day dd will have a fairly decent nap but it's smack bang in the middle of what I call lunchtime - any time from 11.30 onwards, if she's down later it can be closer to 2pm before she's up, I think a lot of babies nap at a similar time?

So do I offer lunch at 11am or 2.30pm?!

Or really is the idea just offering them food a few times a day and never mind the "meal" times?

11am initially. soon she will be able to go longer without a sleep and her lunchtime sleep will naturally become a bit later.

I'd go with before, as her nap will only get later ... both dd & ds had early lunches for a while.

How old is she?

oh sorry should have said that, she's 7mths, so just starting really

so far i find that she is not at all interested in food at 7/8amish but will eat quite a lot at 10.30/11-ish - so that is her lunch really?
