Seeing as pasta spirals are ok and so is spaghetti, is taglietelle ok too?

Absolutely. Its all the same really, just different shapes! s/he might find it a bit more slippy to eat than spirals though. Good luck!

lol well she had great fun flinging it around the room, but not one bit got into her mouth! She picked it up and didn't like the texture so pulled a funny face and just played with it instead lol.

beware of the half swallow and the pull back up though, eurgh, that's a good (not) game.
