8mo being sick after eating

My 8mo DS has been sick a few times this week after eating, in the evening, usually around bedtime. The first time I thought it was due to wind - he guzzled an entire bottle, plus had both boobs, and then brought up most of the milk and most of his tea (he'd also had a really big tea that night so I reckoned he'd just overindulged!).

But since then he's been sick twice more, bringing up much of his tea (an hour or so after eating).

On Tues he slept through for the first time ever (!) but since then his sleep has regressed and last night he woke up every hour from Midnight.

He also started eating really well this week, eating both savoury and sweet foods at lunch and tea.

Could the sleep and being sick be connected? Could he have an intolerance to something I'm feeding him and this is both causing him to be sick and keeping him awake at night?

I don't think it's teething that's keeping him up - he has 8 teeth already (!) so I know the signs, and although he had a cold this past week it's really abated now.

Any advice on this? I'm really worried that I'm making him poorly but I followed all the guidelines early on about introducing new foods slowly... help!

yes, it's different foods. He rarely eats much for his lunch so tends to have a big tea, so that could be it. It's just that DH was doing some research last night and thought it could be intolerance/allergy related.
