I alternate between sweet and savoury - DS is 6 months, has fruity porridge for breakfast (sweet), fruit puree for lunch, then veg puree for dinner. Some of the things I've concocted taste absolutely vile (avocado broccoli and mushroom being the latest) but he absolutely loves it. The only foods he's refused have been jars of babyfood, which makes me feel better about my cooking

puddings dont have to be unhealthy. My lo's sometimes have them and sometimes dont. It can be yoghurt, ice cream, ice lolly, etc or it can be fruit. When they were younger it was yoghurt or fruit puree.
