I'm thinking of quickly boiling up some baby potatoes for DD. Are they allowed ordinary spuds this young? DD is nearly 7 months.

TIA!

Of course! You can tell I'm not a cook!

well, dd did like jersey royals best at that age... but she soon got used to a plain old maris piper.

RGPargy · 29/06/2008 12:16

Sweet potatoes are often a winner. Soft and mushy and, well, sweet.

I would think 'baby new potatoes' are perfect for babies .

DD loved, and still does love potatoes.

ruddynorah · 29/06/2008 12:31

yes...they don't even have to be baby potatoes. they can just be normal potatoes

TheProvincialLady · 29/06/2008 12:32

Yes, even Asda ones!

RGPargy · 29/06/2008 16:00

lol yes i know they dont have to be baby potatoes, but it's all that i had in lol.

She loves sweet potatoes too but unfortunately didn't think much of the ordinary potatoes!!
