Can I freeze jarred food?

I have bought some Hipp Organic, I've just started to wean .
She will not get through a jar in one sitting.

Can I freeze the rest?

BTW I am intending on giving her homecooked meals once she gets to grips with having things in her mouth, swallowing etc.before I get yelled at

I dont think I would but you can keep them in the fridge once opened for a couple of days.
