Advice needed for feeding baby with diarrhoea

Hi my 11 month old DS has had diarrhoea for the last 2 days, about 7 times a day - mint green type poo. What should I be feeding him? He seems to have gone off his food quite a bit, he takes about half a bottle of milk at his feeds. I am unsure whether to try and get him to take just diarolyte and water or still give him the milk feeds? Also what foods would be good to give him, i am worried about upsetting his tummy even more, he is only taking a few teaspoons when offered if that. I gave up breastfeeding about 2 weeks ago and i tried to offer him the breast tonight but he was not interested at all and I am pretty sure that my milk would have dried up by now.

He seems ok otherwise, so haven't consulted a doctor yet but any advice on that front would be appreciated too!

Many thanks

the new advice is to keep giving them milk feeds but when I went to the doctors with ds around that age they said that it would get out of his system quicker if I avoided milk and dairy for a couple of days. As he was 11 months old and only had 2 milk feeds I decided to stop them until the diarrhoea calmed down and offered water instead.

Re: foods - the advice is to offer starchy foods e.g. toast, pasta, potatoes, banana, etc
