Hiya!
I gave my little one his first taste of food today and I was wondering if anyone has bought any good food tracking books/notebooks etc I want to make sure he tries everything and I don’t miss anything out. (I’m in the UK also)

I've never heard of this. He won't miss out if you eat a varied diet.

Solid Starts app is great, and it shows you how you can serve food at the different ages too :)

Agree that the Sousa starts app is really good.

This guide from the Caroline Walker Trust has some great suggestions of first foods to try. It also has some good suggestions of finger foods to try.

And as long as you avoid these foods they can pretty much have anything. The absolute best thing you can do is to e pose them to what you’re eating from an early age.

DC2’s first food was a bit unplanned, it was a sandwich. She had a roast dinner the second week. Just let them be exposed to different foods and don’t worry too much about the mess Smile
