hello!
i THINK the best way to do it is to chop and partly boil the veg, then freeze it. When you want it, chuck it in boiling water for a few mins then into the oven.

aaah but you can claim to be environmentally friendly and not want to do it for that reason!

people keep saying "when you're making veg for yourselves just make some extra for dd" - starting BLW has shown us what a shamefully small amount of veg we normally eat
