How many times a day do you offer a 7 month old food?

It sounds like you're doing great with it all.
Two meals a day at 7 months sounds like plenty for a BF baby.
According to the advice I recieved at the same stage, you should aim to put her on 3 meals at about 9 months.

My 7 monther is now on 3 meals a day. I only introduced lunch this week but he already eats loads. There appears to be no let-up in the amount of milk consumption either -favoured drinking time is between 4-6am.
