Ideas needed for finger food meals please

Ds2 is 14 months old and refuses to eat anything off a spoon unless it's something sweet like yoghurt or custard etc...
Breakfast is ok as he will eat his porridge if I mix in some fruit puree and lunch is normally a sandwich/toast/crumpet,followed by cheese and fruit.
I'm really struggling to find things I can give him for tea though.Pasta is a bit hit and miss and he isn't too keen on chicken pieces either.
He likes fruit, some veg and fish fingers and I want to try him with some other foods, but I'm a bit stuck for ideas that are filling and that he can eat with his fingers.
If anyone has any suggestions that'll be great, thanks.

quiche
fish patties (I make salmon cakes)
lentil or chickpea burgers
baked beans
I've fed my ds "pizza" made on bread

home made beefburgers in buns with cucumber sticks, sliced peppers and cherry toms. my two dds (4yo and 12mo) love this meal. just cut the burger up into pieces for younger kids.

meant to say, Bubbaloo, my ds is not interested in meat either. I can sometimes get tiny shreds into his mouth but anything he puts in comes out again.

Thanks but mine is rather crafty and knows exactly what's going in there.Saying that,if I was to wrap some meat in cheese,he'd probably eat it.
