when can/should i introduce wheat and dairy if there is a family history of intolerance?

my 25 week DD has been having veg and fruit for a few weeks now - purees and slices/sticks

i know ordinarily i could introduce wheat/dairy etc in a week or so, but she had lactose intolerance until about 4 months and there are wheat and dairy intolerances in DH's and my families

is it still safe to give wheat and dairy a try with her? i don't want to cause problems, especially as she was already so uncomfortable with her lactose troubles. and if i hold off, how long do i wait? is it a case of the longer the better?
