8mo baby vomiting every evening after going to bed

Can anyone help or offer advice? My 8mo dd has vomited at least twice each evening for the last 3 nights. She has been fine in the day but is then sick after supper and again soon after going down. She is bf and eats 3 small meals a day. She is not sick after breakfast or lunch so I don't understand why she is being sick every evening. I haven't offered any new foods or textures for a while and she doesn't appear to be ill in any other way. She did cut a tooth at the weekend but that seems unlikely to be related doesn't it?

I don't know what to do, I certainly don't forcefeed her and she only had a small amount of food tonight but still vomited.

I am shattered from her night wakings (due to hunger and thirst I presume) and starting to get worried..........

my dd (same age) had a week of being a bit sicky after meals like this. in the end I gave up on the food and just bumped up the milk for a bit as felt she needed the hydration and she seemed to be able to keep it down better than solids, hv thought it was ok.

she was back to normal pretty quickly, was just a funny phase she went through. no rational explanation for it at all!

thanks chequebook. I notice today that dd has a very runny nose and is full of cold so perhaps it is related. I think I will just try giving her a little fruit pot tonight and see if she wants it.

Of course this sicky thing coincides neatly with our dryer breaking down

My DD has been doing the same! She is only 5 months though. The night before last, I tried not giving her any soilids in the evening (currently has breakfast and dinner)but it was worse, prehaps because she then took more milk? Not really sure but just wanted to say that you are not alone
