Reflux in weaning

My baby is six months old and has always been an extremely sick baby. She has admittedly been gaining weight and because of the fact she is gaining weight health professionals have always pushed it off she did have a tongue tie but they sniffed it and it continued and now we’re on the weaning journey and we have only started with solid food such as pures I’ve not introduced baby winning. I’m doing my up sweet potato broccoli really simple foods to start with because I don’t want to overwhelm my tummy but she is still bringing up her food and not just water. She’s bringing up the clumps that she swallowed, I am going to go back to the GP tomorrow but has anyone had anything like this?

Does she have anything for her reflux @YourBlueGuidelike maybe Omeprazole? And can I ask which milk she has as this can affect reflux Flowers
