DS will only eat his pudding.

He is seven months and when we stared weaning he ate pretty much everything. This last week he has started grumping and refusing his main course but will eat all his pudding (usually a fruit puree or yogurt). Should I be worried about this or just hope it passes?

He could be teething, which in my ds would always guarantee he would eat nothing but yogurt or fruit puree. Keep offering the savoury stuff, but don't sweat it or make a battle out of it. If there is nothing wrong with him, don't instantly default to the sweet stuff, but just try again a bit later, or give him some milk.

It might pass, he's a little young to start reasoning with about dinners and puddings.

If I were you I would remove the puddings and concentrate on the veggies and whatnot until he gets back to them again. They do get a taste for the sweeter stuff, of course he will prefer them. I used to do this with DS, remove the puddings for a while.
