My baby has a dairy and soy allergy. He's coming up to 1 and I want to stop breastfeeding. I'm worried at how much salt/sugar/whatever the alternative milks have. Which ones are recommended for babies?

I think it’s going to be difficult if you’re worried about salt and sugar as essentially all formula and growing up milks are UPFs.

How often are you BFing now?

Alpro growing up oat milk is what babies/toddlers have. It's fortified with extra vitamins and iron that they usually get from milk. My little one has the soya one. It must be so annoying having to swerve soya as well as milk.

@BunnyRuddington He's just turned 11 months. I breastfeed morning, afternoon and evening. I would have liked to stop altogether in the next few months but I'm worried about his food...when you take out all dairy, egg and soy, it's pretty limited on healthy fats
