Goats milk formula

looking for advice ,
my lo has reflux (currently taking gavascon 6times a day which is helping)
and was very unsettled so I switched them to goats milk formula (nannycare) which I do believe has helped.
now they are only 8 weeks old but I’m taking of the future when I’m weaning at 6months old . Would it be more beneficial to transition them back on to a cows milk formula at say 4/5 months in preparation for weaning, or can they stay on the goat milk and be okay taking normal cow dairy products while weaning?
I hope this makes sense what I’m asking 🤭
also they were on cow and gate previously and I don’t think I’d go back on it as I don’t think it suited them at all , so any recommendations for that also 😊

Mine younges was the same (reflux etc) and was on Kendamil goats milk formula. She also had Kendamil follow on goats formula (for 6-12 months), but had regular dairy products during weaning (like cheese etc). We gave small amounts of cows milk products when first trying to make sure that she was fine with it.
