Reheating chicken

I have just cooked up some chicken with veg, given it a mash ready for my 7mo dd. I have cooked a lot, but unsure about freezing and rehaeting chicken, as it can be a bit dodgy.
Please can someone enlighten me...can I freeze and reheat chicken, or even refrigerate and reheat?

Thank you

Yes, you can freeze it, as long as it hasn't been previously frozen. Once cooked, you can cool it and then either freeze or refrigerate it, and then reheat it later - but you can only reheat once. When reheating, you must heat it until piping hot. If keeping in the fridge I would keep for a maximum of 48 hours.
