Looking after a toddler while on your period sucks!

Just found out! I finally got my period back today as my little guy is weaning and breastfeeding less (he’s one). How do you manage running around after kids while having cramps 😱 the only thing worse was when I had to breastfeed him through the night while willing myself not to throw up due to gastroenteritis

Women have been doing it for centuries I'm sure you'll be fine 😉. The other parent should pull their weight if you're feeling truly dreadful.

It’s hard, but pop the pills and you should be okay! If you have super bad pains you could maybe speak to your GP for some better painkillers (fat lot of good they do)!
It’s rubbish how we have to just carry on!

Definitely take the paracetamol, it’s done whilst BFing.
