I've tried searching, but I can't remember what thread it was on where someone posted lots of links to academic studies about the dangers of early weaning (I think it was in response to someone saying it is 6 months now so no one tries before 4 months)
My friend needs help resisting the pressures of her DH and MIL to wean now her boy has started waking more frequently. He is 13 weeks, but she wants to wait till six months.
