How long can i keep fresh vegetable purees in the fridge?

Hello. I made a big batch of purees last night and froze in ice cube trays, and just wondering how long I can keep the stuff that wasn't frozen? I put it straight from the blender into a sterilized annabel carmel storage pot thing and put it in the fridge.

Any ideas? Thanks

I would say 24 hours would be ok.

I usually keep stuff in the fridge for up to 48 hours - but it's much better to freeze it straightaway if you can, to preserve the nutrients. if I'm making a big batch of puree, I tend to freeze it all except one portion which I keep in the fridge for the following day.
