Easy lunch ideas for 10 month old

My 10 month old DS is generally a good eater but we are struggling with lunches. He eats well at breakfast (porridge or Weetabix) and dinner (whatever family meal we are having) but rarely eats well at lunch. I generally offer things me and my toddler are having (cheese sandwiches, veg sticks, jackets with beans and similar) but he rarely eats much. I'm struggling for ideas on what else to offer! Any suggestions would be very helpful :-)

My DC liked pancakes made with fruit and veg one banana or avocado with an egg, nutritious and filling. You can add peanut butter, almond flour, flour, milk, if you want to but we kept it simple.

If he's not eating well at lunch is he hungry? How much milk is he having a day? Wink

@TinyMouseTheatre he's breastfed and his feeding schedule is usually something like this:

5am milk
7am milk
8am breakfast
10:30 sometimes a bit of fruit or a small piece of rice cake
12pm lunch
1pm milk
3pm sometimes a small snack
5-5:30pm dinner
6:30pm milk

I tried not giving a snack midmorning but it doesn't seem to impact how much lunch he has.
