Ds liked courgette, tomato and cheesey pasta - basically some tiny letter pasta, chopped tomatoes (tinned or fresh without skins), some cheddar and cooked courgettes. All cooked/heated and mixed together. Froze well too.

My dd (8mo) loves pasta twirls with roasted veg, veg curry (fairly mild), chilli, spag bol sauce. oh risotto was also a hit and if it's gloopy enough easy enough for them to pick up and eat themselves - and freezes well too. i always make big pots for tea and then freeze baby portions from the left overs.
I'm veggie so tend to bung a tin of beans/chickpeas in the pot to make sure there is iron and protein in the meal. I also use quorn "chicken" and "mince" but not very often.
i also found a bag of frozen veg very useful when needing something quickly, just zap 'em in the microwave and give them to her.
