Allergy or teething?

Hi All,
what do we think? She seemed to have this show up this morning after porridge (oats, not baby rice) of which she has had a few times since weaning… The only addition she hadn’t tried was blueberries.

Does this look like a reaction, same for the whole day… Going on 10 hours after these pics were taken - One with a different light.

Please excuse the boge 🤣 and actually now, in the light in one of those pics, I can see some dried food potentially… Could be irritating her skin?

Looks like teething to me, is she showing any other signs?

@BraveBlueDuck Thank you, hmm.. other than the odd bit of excess saliva which can be both teething and reaction symptom, nothing else I could see.
