Greek yog allergy but no CMPA?

My 6 month old has been on kendamil since I stopped breastfeeding at 7 weeks old, he’s had no reactions or cmpa.

However we have started weaning and he’s had a rash round his mouth and diarrhoea - I didn’t know whether it was down to teething because he’s always dribbling, but looking back I’m starting to wonder whether it’s Greek yoghurt he’s allergic to as it seems to be worse after he’s eaten it.

Is it possible that he could be allergic to Greek yoghurt but not have a dairy allergy and be fine with his Kendamil?

What is he having with the yoghurt and is he eating anything else containing milk?

Is it a true unflavoured, unsweetened Greek yoghurt or one of those pouches/pots made for babies.

Greek yoghurt is acidic. If they are regularly drinking formula which is further up the milk ladder than yoghurt then It's likely just a contact reaction around the mouth from the acidity and the diarrhoea is coincidental/ teething/ just being a baby, they gets bugs
