Is the Fred and Flo booster seat safe for BLW?

I have read about the Bumbo seat not being safe for Baby Led Weaning due to the position of the hips. I just wanted to check if this Fred and Flo booster seat we have been using attached to our bar stool is safe to use for BLW? I have attached a picture of her sitting in it to see her positioning.

I would get a proper highchair. Looks fine for occasional use though. It's the original bumbo with the dipped hips that's not good.

For all weaning they advise no fastened straps until necessary so you can get them out quicker if choking. Obviously with that seat you'd need straps on. I wouldn't want a baby on a booster on a bar stool- high chairs have splayed legs so they can't push and tip the chair back. Also there's no back support and is there a foot rest? It just doesn't look as comfortable tbh.
