Hi, my 18 month old refuses to eat, she was eating well few weeks back and now she refuses to eat. She have flu but from weeks back she is not eating well and she doesn't have much milk.
Atm she refuses everything, only yogurts, fruit pouches or some fruits and milk. It's a phase or usual to her age?

Any mom can help please?

Thanks.

Sorry to hear this. I do think it's common. Both of mine were good eaters until 18 months then became extremely fussy. Their diets became very limited and they'd eat tiny amounts. I remember being very concerned and took my daughter to the doctor. He said they only worry if a child lacks energy or isn't growing properly.its called failure to thrive. Both mine were tall and had loads of energy but I really felt they lived on thin air for a year or two!
My only advice is just to keep trying different foods. Maybe yours is a temporary thing caused by illness. I kept trying lots of different things and eventually found some things they'd eat. I tried to get vitamins in them through smoothies, those baby fruit purees mixed with Greek yogurt and soup (only my son would eat soup).

Thanks for the reply! She have good energy, loads of energy tbh and haven't seen any weight loss or similar. Plus sleeping as usual. First time mom thing probably.
Thank you soo much. 💓
