I stopped breast feeding a month ago and my dd is not that keen on her bottle. At a push she will drink 9 oz a day. Could anyone out there please tell me how much dairy produce I should be giving her to make up the shortfall. At the moment she has a small fromage frais or yoghurt after lunch and tea, but I am wondering if that's enough. I also give her cheese , but again not sure how much I should give. Many thanks

I think it's meant to be about a pint a day - 20 oz. 2 yogurts will maybe take it to 15 ish? Along with some cheese,it's probably enough, but it might be worth seeing if she likes a wee cup instead of the bottle? Or give her porrige with milk for breakfast, make white sauce, etc.

use milk with cereal, give cheese sauces, yoghurt, cheese, etc. I'd also try a beaker. DS was bottle fed but I introduced a lidded beaker of milk for one of his feeds around this age and he ended up off bottles by 10 1/2 months as he took to it so well.
