DS is currently producing a dirty nappy almost every time I change him, and they're mostly really soft (TMI I know, sorry), no shape at all. V occasionally something harder, more like Plasticine I suppose.
Is this normal? He's on three meals a day and three 7ozs bottles. HV suggested he's getting too much fruit and veg - he's having some banana for breakfast, veg as an ingredient in his lunch and tea, and one fruit pot a day.
