How do I make Smoothies for 10 month old?

Never made a smoothie in my life, but had one from a cafe yesterday where they put in apple juice (presumably to make it less thick) and my 10 month old dd loved it.
Should I also put apple juice in my smoothies? I'm asking because I thought that young children were only supposed to drink juices diluted in water at a 1:10 ratio.
Any thoughts? Recipes for smoothies most welcome.

Either make it with very diluted apple juice or just put a touch of water in it. You could put milk or yoghurt in, with maybe strawbs and banana to make a healthy milkshake.

Thanks mumbear.
Made the strawbs, banana and yoghurt combination but she didn't seem to keen on it (but that could be because she's a bit ill and clingy at mo), will try when better.
