Meal plans

We are in the process of weaning my DS and was wondering if anyone has any meal plan sites they recommend?

Very aware that there are lots of recipes online/Instagram etc, however, I would love a website/page that gives me a weekly or monthly meal plans for baby & family friends recipes, cycling through a wide range of foods etc

Thinking of what to cook is one of my least favourite things, and coupled with the fact I have just gone back to work, I want to make this as easy as possible!

How old is your DS @monstera16?

If he's under 1 this guide from the Caroline Walker Trust has a suggested 7 day menu.

He is 6 months so that's amazing, thank you!

There are some meal plans on the baby led weaning cook book site too. I don't know if thy will be of any use?

@CadyEastman wow what an amazing link!

Same here @monstera16 it's so hard trying to plan & make,- I'm struggling with my 7mo & it just feels so much harder this time round! I have the 'what mummy makes' book. It's quite good but everything seems to take me ages to make.

Have you got the app? I'm weaning my third baby and I think it's partly being older and therefore more anxious about choking, partly being soo time poor with all the kids and that my DH is not home usually 4 days a week around cooking and meal times, and partly the sleep deprivation as he's our worst sleeper yet making my brain go to mush, but Im just really struggling to know what to cook to feed him! That is healthy but still quick and easy. The app is like £6 but I wonder whether it's useful? Also we are vegetarian.

Charlotte Stirling-Reed How to Feed Your Baby has a full 30 day weaning plan, plus recipes for family meals after.

Do you mean specifically weaning books or family recipe books?

I like the Sarah Rossi cook books for family recipes. I’ve used it once but she has weekly meal plans and shopping lists for each week. She has some similiar on her website taming twins but it’s more difficult to navigate.
