Why do I feel like I've forgotten what to do?

My third child has just turnt 6 months. I also have a 4 & 6 year old. I started giving her some food last week, blended some broccoli and some carrots etc. over the weekend as you can imagine it's rather full on with clubs and outings etc. I gave her a couple Ella's kitchen pouches. I obviously don't want that to become a regular thing but I'm so confused. It's like I have forgotten what to do and give her? I don't know where to start.
Any body have any advice or like a book/app recommendation?

Can recommend How to wean your baby by Charlotte Stirling-Reed - it helped give me a bit of confidence in the early days!

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Wean-Your-Baby-step-step/dp/1785043242

I've also found the first year guide at https://www.firststepsnutrition.org/eating-well-resources-2
useful and the Solid Starts app is full of info even if you don't subscribe - https://solidstarts.com/app/

I also signed up for a weaning pack from Ella's Kitchen which includes some recipes, a weaning chart and some vouchers.

Hope this helps!

Me too! I was just coming on here to post this. Have completely forgotten what to do. And my eldest is a fussy so and so, so what I did first time probably wasn't write anyway!!

So far I've just blended / mashed some different veg and fruit, but he seems to have the hang on swallowing now, so don't know where to go from here! I guess just normal foods.
