Can't remember when to introduce another drink other than breastmilk

DS is 7mths. I'm not particularly bothered about him not having anything other than breastmilk just wondered when was usual to start with a cup.

I offered water in a cup with meals from 6 months - but he didn't really drink any until 8 or 9 months.

you could try him now. i offered dd water in a beaker from about 7 months, but she was more like 11 months before she actually drank any of it

I was told once you introduce solids, which for us was 6.5mths but my ds wasnt fussed about the water until about 10mths
