Bottles when out of the house - over 1 year

Hi all ☺️

This probably sounds really dense but what do you do about giving bottles when out and about once they're on cows milk.

At the moment we carry a bottle of premade formula with us, this works great because I just pour it into the sippy cup and we're good to go. Obviously not so convenient with whole milk unless I also carry a cool bag and ice pack.

If we're near a shop I will obviously just buy a small bottle but that's not always the case and, at the moment, just putting the bottle off until we're home or trying to replace with water/snacks isn't working.

Is toddler milk an option? I know everywhere says it's not needed but does that mean it's bad in some way? It seems like a solution to being able to keep some with me for the odd days.
Or just stick to the formula we're using now for those days? Would that cause problems if we used that past a year?

Thank you!

They don’t need any milk at all after one. Is your DC eating much?

Off course they need milk! They don't need as much maybe some on/with breakfast and another cup later on or bedtime.
