Currys for 6 month old?

Hello I'm probably being so paranoid here. But my baby is 6 months old nearly 7 months. Ive been making seemingly family friendly meals for all of us to eat together. My little one LOVES the curries I make, but I saw somewhere you shouldn't use mild curry powder because of the salt in it? I feel so stupid that I hadnt checked before! Obviously dont use a whole bucket full of the stuff only use a teaspoon and never add salt or sugar to it but now I'm panicking 😅 I use it along side garam massala spice too. Is that too much?

Not at all, babies love curry. Your food sounds delicious and your baby think so too

It's not something that I would ever have thought about but a quick google says that Holland& Barrett sell this salt free one or you could try making your own?

I bet he absolutely loves your curries Wink

The amount of salt in the teeny bit a 7 month old eats is negligible.
Mine loved curries with coconut milk base and Dahl was great for constipation! Hope they continue to enjoy them.
