When you introduced solids did your LO become unsettled for a while?

DD started BLW about two weeks ago, aged six months. She's been really unhappy a lot of the time since - what I call her "don't pick me up don't put me down" moods. It's very demanding to say the least. Did your LO react the same or should I blame growth spurt or something else? She has two teeth but doesn't appear to be troubled by them or any other teeth coming through.

I'm offering her a selection of fruit and veg about twice a day between breastfeeds, and I get the impression she's consuming very little (but seems to enjoy playing with it all).

Could be anything - probably co-incidence, I think. They do go through these funny little phases - I like your description of her mood. Sometimes I don't know what I want either, so I suppose it's not surprising that babies do. Hope she snaps out of it soon.

my DD was a bit unsettled when we started weaning TBH. She settled down after about 4 weeks.

Although she also cut her first 7 teeth without noticing, but was hugely troubled by the next 3 . In fact, she's in a tooth-related "I don't know what I what, but I know I want it now!" mood today . Hope your DD feels better soon.
