Food 'On the Go'...

I have just started weaning my dd. All fine until we're going out today and I'm stuck - we're having carrot, so... do I cook it before going, allow to cool and then give when it might be (will be) cold? Try to cook when at friend's house? Reheat at said friend's house?
Probably very obvious and straightforward to those in the know, please help!

reheat at friends house will be fine
or if you have ice cubes frozen you could defrost at hers

I used to use jars when out though!

is this puree? Take it along hot and then it will cool down as you go.

Or take a banana

Or try BLW then you don't have to worry

Thank you!! It is puree...so I will take hot and cool down I guess.

i used to always bring an avocado and a banana with me when out and about - easy to mash right down with just a plate and a fork.

the Plum Baby little pots are good - nothing in there apart from the fruit/veg whatever pureed. Unusual flavours too so great for broadening their tastes.

banan and avocada are great for this kind of thing
mix them together yum!

Thank you for your good ideas!
