Allergy recipe challenge!

Figured I would ask here, as folks seem to have huge numbers of ideas! I am currently going through as many threads as i can find, pinching recipes left, right and centre, but thought I would also do a thread to pick your brains!

Wee one (10 months) now has quite a list of things to avoid, and I am getting to the stage where I am trying to make as many freezer meals as possible in each of carbs, protein and veggies so that I can mix and match a bit for his meals.

Breakfasts in particular are a problem, and high calorie meals are particularly welcome, as his weight gain is around an ounce a week at the moment which isn't good for my stress levels as I have to restrain the urge to maim the health visitor each time she insinuates I am cr*p at feeding him! ;)

We have to avoid the following:

All dairy (including goat and sheep)
Soya
Egg
Tomato
Lime
Oily fish

Any recipes are hugely preciated - even if it is only the carpet that gets to eat em (he likes to throw his food at the moment...much to his mummy's joy!)!

Thanks, have ordered up cheerios! At this rate I may butter them with pure dairy free too...

He stopped eating totally this morning, won't take his porridge now all week.
