Hi my DS is allergic to milk and eggs and he loves his breakfast and dinners with us but I struggle for ideas for lunch and he never seems to want to eat much at lunch, seems content just with fruit?

Chicken wraps
Jacket potato with tuna or beans
beans on toast
jam sandwich
Hot dogs
noodles with chicken and veg
Soup and bread

How old and what sort of things does he like for breakfast & dinner?

Not sure how old DS is so ignore any not suitable!

Soup - ones with no butter or cream obvs

Avocado on toast (can add smoked salmon, mackerel, bacon, anything salty)

Beans on toast or baked potato (pure spread instead of butter)

Pasta salads with oil based dressing

Chickpea/couscous & roasted veg salads

Hummus, flatbread/veg to dip in it

Falafel (I buy the box mix, make into balls and freeze)

Stir fry

Miso soup with noodles

Cold cooked chicken/other meat & salady veg

Depends on age, but we have things like veg sticks served with crackers, fruit and vegan yoghurt (alpro are good). Peanut butter on toast with veg. Jacket potato (butter and / or baked beans). Sandwiches - e.g. cucumber, hummus or other veggie filling. Soup. Salad. Veggie sausage sandwich.

If they're not keen on lunch could you offer some different things to pick at on a plate like:

Halved cherry tomatoes or grapes
Some baby breadsticks
Hummus
Some grated violife
Ham

Anything really that you have in that's suitable.

There's a vegan pesto in Morrisons, my LO loves that on pasta!
And we do a lot of plain grilled chicken with various veggies and carb (only plain because she also has allergies to paprika, garlic, onions, sesame 🙃)

Peanut sandwiches/toasts, vegetable soup is generally milk free, and the fancy fresh tomato ones I've found have no dairy.

Sweet potato wedges, super quick and easy if you have an air fryer.
