any tips on how to make 7 month old dirnk more water

esp during meals - always refuses it - form cup no question he hates it so trying to give it with teat he uses for milk...no success

Unless he is dehydrated or constipated I really wouldn't worry at this stage. Babies just take a while to get used to water I think. I didn't start offering water to DS until he was nearer 8 months & even then he didn't really start sipping it until he was 9 months..& even then he mainly only had the odd sip, usually from my glass. Before then he tended to either ignore the cup or take a sip & spit it out again LOL.

i add a bit of fresh orange juice to the water.
