Family meals with a fussy eater

My DD (13 months) has suddenly become a really fussy eater over the last few months. she used to try most stuff but now only seems to like yoghurt, fruit, pasta (sometimes only plain) and mozzarella and sometimes potato, sweat potato and egg muffins.

I like the idea of family meals (ie only cooking once and all eating together) and always offer bits of everything we are eating but she often won’t touch it and has really gone off meat, fish and veggies. Before weaning we used to have a lot of meals with rice (currys, stir fry) but DD doesn’t seem to like the texture so only do these when I have alternative food for her.

Any suggestions of family meals we can try other than pasta? Even things like salmon, veggies and potatoes are not working anymore as DD only eats the potatoes.

I think the first thing you might want to look at is how hungry she is? If she's on follow on or growing up milks the added iron can act as an appetite suppressant. How much milk is she having roughly?

What happens now if she refuses a food? Is she getting alternatives?
