Hello!
So our baby turns 1 next week and I’m not sure if this is right.. too much food/too little? Can someone have a look?
6am - milk 7oz
8am - breakfast (usually weetabix/toast/fruit)
9-9:45 nap
10am - snack (an oaty bar normally)
12:30 - lunch (a sandwich/fruit/yoghurt)
1-2:30 nap
2:30pm - snack (usually veg sticks)
4:30pm - dinner (whatever we are having)
6:30pm - milk 7oz
Now it looks ok to me but she gets SO grumpy around 4pm. Is she hangry?! She eats well but we’ve recently dropped bottles and I’m worried I’m not feeding her enough. Any comments welcome!
